What is in the hire price?
The LED screen for your event. Truss, bump-in, bump-out and transport are quoted separately because they depend on your venue, access and distance. You get all of it on one itemised quote.
What if it rains?
The panels are IP65 rated, sealed against rain and dust, and the truss system is tested for outdoor wind. We deploy outdoors year-round; the Aveley Carols and Swan Valley Show ran in open weather.
What power does the screen need?
A standard event generator or venue supply handles it. Tell us the venue on the form and we confirm power requirements as part of the quote.
What content can you play?
Banners, image loops, videos, slide decks, and live camera or stream feeds. Send files ahead of the day, or we plug into your production feed.
Do we need to operate anything?
No. Our crew bumps in, runs the screen and bumps out. Bump-in, bump-out and truss are itemised on your quote next to the screen.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak season weekends (Nov – Mar) book out first. Get the date to us as early as you can; the quote itself comes back within 24 hours.
Do you travel outside Perth?
Transport is quoted per event from the venue address, so put the suburb on the form and it will be on your quote.
How big a screen do we need?
Rule of thumb: the P4.8 pitch reads clean from 4.8 m and stays legible to 144 m. For a lawn or oval crowd, 4m×2m with 1 m elevation is the proven pick; conferences usually sit at 3m×2m. We confirm size against your viewing distances in the quote.
